返金ポリシー

We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages.

We do not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.

If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

荷物の紛失、未着、未配達による返金はいたしません。

紛失した荷物の返金は致しかねますが、お客様に代わって追跡するよう最善を尽くします。

荷物が未着/未配達で返送された場合、お客様の責任において郵便業者にお問い合わせください。
